Teacher T: <\/td>Here\u2019s how.\u00a0 First, they learn the what, the who and the whys of entrepreneurship.\u00a0 Then on to\u00a0 market research on current business products and services.\u00a0 Big and Small.

Second, they\u00a0 watched\u00a0 videos of\u00a0 teen-entrepreneurs with inspiring start-up stories they can learn from.\u00a0\u00a0

Third is\u00a0 product development that considers consumer needs, cost and availability of raw materials, brand design and packaging.\u00a0 Then marketing strategies.<\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td>Sounds college. Long hours, hard work. <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher T: <\/td>And it gets harder still. <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td> H-h-h harder?!?! <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher T: <\/td>Next comes the ELEVATOR PITCH where they sell their ideas 5 minutes max before three  invited people from the business world.  The guest panelists look at product samples, listen to powerpoint presentations, ask questions, clarify competing figures, give suggestions and    feedback. <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td>Done, right?   <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher T: <\/td>Nope.   There\u2019s more. <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td>M-o-r-e?  OMG!<\/td><\/tr>
Teacher T: <\/td>They work on their product.  They test what works, what doesn\u2019t.  They get it done for the  big one. <\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td>The big one?  Sounds scary.<\/td><\/tr>
Teacher T: <\/td>Hehehee.  The Hele Fair.<\/td><\/tr>
Teacher A: <\/td>ENOUGH!!!!  I see the picture.  The finale is the Hele Fair where all the products are sold. <\/td><\/tr>
